The issue

Several modes of engagement exist, where generally personal meetings are much preferred over online forms of involvement, and specifically meetings on-site, where the actual situations and settings are present and participants feel more at ease.

Pieter: One-on-one approach is still the most important; you can organize general events, but some stakeholders have no time to come to these events; going to the stakeholder on-site is crucial
